Anthony, who goes by Tony, has a background in Emergency Medicine with medical interests in orthopedics and sports medicine!

Career Highlights/Achievements:

Immediately after graduating from PA school, Tony spent his time as an Emergency Physician Assistant fellow in the Vituity Post-Graduate PA Fellowship at Banner Del Webb Hospital. During this time, he received hands-on training on urgent and emergent care in a fast-paced, busy setting. On any given day, he would either be repairing lacerations, abscess incision-and-drainage, or reducing fractures and dislocated joints. One minute, he could be seeing someone with a possible heart attack, and the next minute, he could see someone with a mild belly ache.

There was hardly ever a dull moment, and it was tough at times. But getting his patients to feel better and help them solve a problem is always his goal. He has expressed that he is so grateful for his experience there and is very excited to bring his experience and knowledge to provide care with the AlphaMed team!

Education:

Tony studied at Oglethorpe University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2018. He ventured to Northern Arizona University where he received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2022.

Personal Interests/Hobbies/Family/Fun Facts, etc:

Tony is an Atlanta, Georgia native who moved to Arizona in 2020. He’s the husband of a phenomenal wife and dad to the best son one could ask for! He enjoys playing guitar, writing songs, playing improv, playing soccer, and eating his wife’s baking on his days off at AlphaMed. Other than that, he enjoys exploring Arizona with his family whenever they get the chance as they have set their roots here in the Grand Canyon State!
