Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a comprehensive healthcare membership designed to be affordable, convenient, and independent of traditional insurance-based, fee-for-service models. Many patients today face high deductibles and copays, so DPC offers an alternative that removes many of the hassles of insurance and allows for more personalized care. Members benefit from longer appointment times and direct access to their provider through text, phone, and a secure patient portal—all included as part of the plan.

Instead of paying an insurance co-pay every visit, you pay a monthly membership fee which starts at $95. Your provider does not bill your insurance. This one-time monthly fee allows patients to have unlimited access to basic visits for urgent care and primary care.

Yes, we request a 3 month minimum commitment for new patients.

These services will be included in within the monthly fee:

• Basic urgent care visit
• Wellness exams
• Unrestricted follow up appointments
• Chronic disease management
• In-house lab testing like flu, covid, and step
• Urinalysis screening
• Labs drawn on site
• Simple procedures like injections, ingrown nail removal, ear irrigation, cryotherapy, and EKG

Yes, you can have Medicare and DPC together, but Medicare will not cover your monthly DPC fee. Medicare will still cover outside services like labs and imaging, requiring a one-time waiver declaring neither you or the provider will bill Medicare for our services.

Yes. Starting January 1, 2026, you can use Health Savings Account (HSA) funds to pay for qualifying Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership fees. Federal rules allow HSA dollars to be used for fixed monthly DPC fees (up to set limits) as long as the practice provides primary care services and meets IRS requirements.

We recommend checking with your HSA administrator for any specific documentation they may require

These services will not be included in Direct Primary Care:

• Any outside labs
• Imaging
• Chronic pain management
• Complex procedures like casting, splinting, laceration repairs, I&D of an abscess, foreign object removal, and wound care including sutures are offered at a discounted rate of $149
• Pre-op clearance is offered at a $80 discounted rate
• IV infusions are offered at a 20% discounted rate

We strongly encourage all patients to carry and maintain health insurance to protect against major medical events such as trauma, cancer, or unforeseen surgical needs. We suggested considering a lower-cost plan with a higher deductible, which can still provide necessary coverage while helping reduce monthly premium costs.

You may cancel your membership at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. There is no fee to cancel. If you decide to rejoin after your membership has ended, a $50 re-enrollment fee will apply. We do not require long-term contracts; however, we’ve found that members who become familiar with this model often choose to stay because of the comfort, security, and high-quality care we offer.
